CREATIVE DIRECTOR
We know you're a fast learner. It's a necessity. But we NEED the following:
A degree in graphic design and regular software training.
At least 20 years experience in Church and Business Branding and Marketing. You are a compelling presenter of your ideas and are a master at simplifying the client's predicament into a creative practical solution. You're willing to travel and speak at conferences and client meetings.
Must have mastery of print and web programs (i.e. Quark XPress, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Dreamweaver, Contribute and AfterEffects, Fireworks) in an Apple Computer work environment: -- and can manage a studio of eager designers and Art Directors who utilize these programs.

Must have mastery of the following programs in an Apple Computer work environment: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator or Fireworks, Dreamweaver, Contribute and HTML programming skills
Other qualifications that will place you on the top of the pack: Working knowledge of: Flash (including action script), Javascript, CSS, best practices in usability and SEO strategies.
